Accessibility statement
Last updated: 19 April 2026
Dreamuna is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continue to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Dreamuna is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard — these are listed below, along with our plan to address them.
Measures to support accessibility
Dreamuna takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- We include accessibility criteria in feature acceptance reviews and flag accessibility regressions in code review.
- We respect the
prefers-reduced-motionuser preference across all animated surfaces. - Interactive elements are reachable via keyboard and show a visible focus indicator.
- Crisis and safety content is available in all supported languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian) and not gated behind payment.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
Dreamuna is designed to be compatible with recent versions of the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android).
- Keyboard-only navigation in Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.
- Browser zoom up to 200% without horizontal scroll on core flows.
Known issues
The following issues are known and scheduled for remediation in our current accessibility sprint (targeted for Q2 2026):
- Some form fields on the dream-submission flow do not yet expose a programmatically-associated label to screen readers. Descriptive placeholders are present as an interim measure.
- Several iconographic buttons (locale switcher, mobile menu toggle) have touch targets below the WCAG 2.5.5 AA recommended size on small viewports. Remediation in progress.
- Live regions for asynchronous status changes (analysis completion, chat responses) do not consistently announce to screen readers. Remediation in progress.
- The age-verification and cookie-consent dialogs are presented in English regardless of selected UI locale. Localization is planned.

Technical specifications
Accessibility of Dreamuna relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
Assessment approach
Dreamuna assesses accessibility through a combination of self-evaluation (internal review against WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria) and external audit (independent audits conducted on at least an annual basis). The most recent internal audit was conducted in April 2026.
This statement is compliant with the European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 establishing a model accessibility statement.
